Educational Qualifications: 1)M. Tech. /B. Tech/ MCA (full time) from a recognized/reputed University/Institute. 2) Experience - Minimum 5 years experience in programming and web development of a new portal, with central/state govt. or a govt. undertaking in the following fields: (a) Programmer I & II: PHP, Drupal, HTMl, JQuery, Jawa Script, CSS. Bootstrap, MYSQl, Drupal APls. (b) Programmer III & IV: ASP.NET, C#, SQl, HTMl, CSS, Jawa Script, JQuery, SQl Server, Visual Studio, JSON, RSS, Security Audit. (c) Programmer V: PHP, MySQl, java Script, JQuery, XMl, HTMl, CSS, Native Mobile App development in Android and iOS platforms
