Educational Qualifications:  Essential Qualification: Post graduate degree in Genetics/Plant breeding/ Genetics & Plant breeding/ Biotechnology/ Botany/Life Sciences or allied subjects with first division/ 60% marks/ equivalent overall grade point average along with NET/GATE qualification. Candidates in Category-II merit list of DBT-BET exam can also apply. OR Post graduate degree in professional courses related with discipline of Life Sciences with first division/ 60% marks/ equivalent overall grade point average Desirable: Research experience in microscopy and Fluorescence in situ hybridization

Age Limit: 35 years [SC/ST/Women - 05 years Relaxation OBC - 03 years Relaxation]
