Vacancy details are as follows

Electrical Inspector: 9 Vacancies

Educational Qualifications:  1)A degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications 2) At least eight years’ practical experience in an electrical engineering workshop or electrical power station. 3) Thorough working knowledge of actual generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical energy. 4) Ability to take accurate observation of electrical test, to test and calibrate alternating current and direct current electrical instruments. 5) Ability to prepare electrical schemes with estimates

Inspector:4 Vacancies

Educational Qualifications: 1)A degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications 2) At least eight years’ regular engagement in the practice of electrical engineering including two years’ experience in the installation and/or maintenance of lifts.

Age Limit For Above Posts: Not more than 40 years as on 1st December 2018, relaxable for specially qualified and experienced candidates [For candidates of West Bengal only SC/ST - 5 years Relaxation OBC - 3 years] Relaxation 

Quinologist: 1 Vacancy

Educational Qualifications: 1) M.Sc. degree in Chemistry or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (preference will be given to an Applied Chemist or an Industrial Chemist) of an Indian University with a first class either in Master’s degree or in B.Sc. Honors degree (preference will be given to a person with sound knowledge in Botany) OR an equivalent degree of a British or other recognized foreign University;2) Experience in industrial concerns producing quinine or pharmaceutical drugs and 3) Research experience for a period of at least two years.

Age Limit: In between 30 and 40 years as on 1st December 2018 [For candidates of West Bengal only SC/ST - 5 years Relaxation OBC - 3 years]

Assistant Quinologist: 1 Vacancy

Educational Qualifications: 1) M.Sc. degree in Chemistry [an Applied Chemist or Pharmaceutical Chemist or M.Pharm or B.Tech. (with Chemistry as the major subject or an Industrial Chemist) will be preferred] of an Indian University, preferably with a first class either in Master’s degree or in the B.Sc. honour’s degree (preference will be given to a person with a knowledge of Botany) OR an equivalent degree of a British or other recognized foreign University; 2) Research experience for a period of at least one year.

Age Limit: Not more than 36 years as on  1st December 2018  [For candidates of West Bengal only SC/ST - 5 years Relaxation OBC - 3 years]

Pay Scale: 15,600/- INR to 42,000/-INR + Grade Pay
