Project Scientist D: 01 Vacancy 

Educational Qualifications:  M.Tech. (Atmospheric Science/ Climate Science/ Earth Science System and Technology/ Environmental Sciences) with at least 60% marks from recognized University / Institute OR M.Sc.
in Physics/Mathematics/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Environmental Sciences / Geophysics /Meteorology with at least 60% marks from recognized University / Institute 2) Minimum 7 years of experience in Atmospheric regional/global chemistry transport modeling, data analysis relevant to air quality modeling as evidenced by publication in the relevant field. Desirable: 1)Ph.D. in any of the above subjects.
2)At least 3 years of Post doc experience in the field of atmospheric chemistry 3) Experience in Data assimilation - conventional, remote sensing and satellite data

Project Scientist C (Air quality modelling and Forecasting): 01 Vacancy 

Educational Qualifications: 1)Masters degree in Meteorology/Physics/Mathematics/ Statistics/Atmospheric Sciences/ Environmental Sciences with at least 60% marks from recognized University / Institute 2) Minimum 3 years’ experience in Dust /Air Quality modeling using regional atmospheric weather-chemistry models. Desirable: 1) Ph.D. in any of the above subjects with at least 2 years’ post-doc experience. 2)Experience in FLEXPART (“FLEXible PARTicle dispersion) model3) Experience in weather /air quality forecasting models (like WRF-Chem model) and global models preferably in operational mode.

Project Scientist B ( Advance Atmospheric Chemistry Measurements): 01 Vacancy 

Educational Qualifications: Master degree in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/ Statistics/Atmospheric Sciences/ Environmental Sciences/ with at least 60% marks from recognized University / Institute. Desirable: 1) Ph.D. in any of the above subjects with 2 years of post-doctoral experience in atmospheric Chemistry would be a desirable qualification.2) Research experience in operating advance instruments to monitor Volatile Organic Compounds like proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry (PTRMS).3) Experience in handling online air quality monitor and advance PTRMS instrument with time of flight (PTR-TF-MS) and TD-GC-FID systems.
