The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune is an Autonomous Body. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations in the state of Maharashtra through its nine Divisional Boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri. The Board conducts HSC Examination 2020 twice a year and the number of students appearing for the main examination is around 14 Lacs for HSC Examination and 17 lacs SSC, for the supplementary examination around 6 Lacs students are expected HSC and SSC together. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher Sec. Schools / Jr. colleges in the entire state. Maharashtra class 12th examinations conducted from February 21 to March 20. Total 14,21,936 students appeared for HSC exams 2020. 8,42,919 were the number of boys and 6,48,151 were girls.

What After 12th Std. HSC Result 2020 ?

 The pass percentage is not 100%, so the students who are failed due the different reason can pay the fees and apply for Advanced Supplementary or Compartmental Supply/Supple exams which can be held in June (expected) and as like as Regular Results for this too are released soon, there may be few candidates who are confident about their papers and apply for re-correction/revaluation/Re-counting for which date or time period will be given and may need to pay fee for that also, collect more information from respective school board regarding it.
