c) When disciplinary action is taken penalty can not be recovered.
d) PIO has a right to go to the Supreme Court against the order of the information Commission.

अ) जन माहिती अधिका-याने मुद्दामहून माहिती देणे नाकारले तर माहिती आयोग, अशा अधिका-याला माहिती

ब) दंडाबरोबर शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई करण्याचा आदेश देऊ शकतो.

ड) जन-माहिती अधिकारी माहिती आयोगाच्या आदेशाविरुद्ध सुप्रिम कोर्टात जाऊ शकतो.
