GSV University: Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (Earlier, National Rail and Transportation Institute (NRTI)) is India’s first railway university located in Vadodara, Gujarat. This institute is located in the National Academy of Indian Railway (NAIR) campus. In 2022, Parliament passed Gati Shakti Bill that seeks to convert the National Rail and Transportation University into the Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, an autonomous central institution. It was earlier functioning as a deemed-to-be university.
